Dr. Milind Pande has been associated with the field of education for the last 30 years. His expertise lies in the field of Wireless technologies, Technology Transfers, Business management. A strong propagator of Innovation and entrepreneurship and believes that technological advancement is the future of India in true sense.

An erudite researcher &  has over 100+ research publications, 11 internationally & 06 nationally granted patents, 20+ foreign visits and numerous academic accolades to his credit.

He has received Industrial Research Scientist Award, from the prestigious Audyogik Samshodhan VikasKendra(VASVIK) in the category of Information and Communication Technology (2021).

Dr. Milind’s expertise lies in Research areas that include Technology Transfers, M-Education, M-Agriculture, M-Health, Smart Sensing Networks, and ICT Innovations. He has also played a vital role in the development of the prestigious international event, Robocon, since its inception in India, in 2005. He is also the initiator of mega technical events like Smart India Hackathon, Research, Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship (R.I.D.E.) He was also the National Convenor  of the G20 Interfaith Summit and the legacy long UNESCO Chair event Sant Shri Dyaneshwara & Sant Shri Tukarama Endowment Lecture series.

He is one of the precursors in starting the MIT-TBI (technology Business Incubator) at MIT World Peace University, Pune. He is a certified PhD Guide & 20+ Ph.D. Research Scholars have been awarded doctorates in Management and Engineering under his guidance and leadership.

He is one of the rare recipients of a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India on Telecom Technology Transfer. He had relentlessly worked towards realizing the dream of the former President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on the Project, “Providing Urban Opportunities in Rural Areas” (PURA). He has co-authored a world-class textbook on Mobile Communications with a core focus on the Indian Telecom ecosystem. He has three books, titled “Next Generation Mobile Communications – Mobile, Infra Technology, Management, and Data” published by McGraw Hill Education. & “Innovation and Dynamics in Photonics and Electronics” published by springer nature and “Optimization Methods In Mobile Communication Systems” Published by Springer nature. He serves as a member of TAC (Telecom Advisory Committee), BSNL Pune.

He envisions creating an epoch-making difference in the Indian Higher Education landscape through his work and ardently believes in the notion of Innovative Technology + Indian Talent = India Tomorrow.
